Meet our Founder
Tayo Mark Adeoye is a lawyer, social impact advocate, and community development professional with over a decade of experience in law, governance, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. He is passionate about promoting social justice, empowering vulnerable communities, and creating sustainable solutions that drive meaningful societal change.
As the Founder of EALF Impact, he leads initiatives focused on education, health, leadership development, advocacy, and community empowerment. His work is guided by a strong commitment to improving lives, expanding opportunities, and fostering inclusive development.
Tayo is a registered and licensed legal practitioner with expertise in regulatory compliance, immigration, property and real estate, and public policy. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Griffith College Dublin, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons), and completed his professional legal training at Nigerian Law School.
